  1. Mix the water, eggs, vinegar and oil in the bread machine pan.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, yeast and salt to the bread machine pan.
  3. Set the machine on the dough cycle and add water as necessary to bring the dough to the consistency that you need to achieve. This is often about 1/4 cup.
  4. When the dough cycle is complete dump it out on a floured surface. Divide into two pieces. Roll out each piece, rub in vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough up and cut it into rounds about 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick. Place on a baking sheet or in a pan.
  5. Allow the buns to double in bulk.
  6. Into an oven preheated to 375F for 35 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, cool and top with icing if desired.
