  1. Mix the yeast and water – allowing the yeast to hydrate before adding the remaining ingredient mix – add water if needed to form a damp (not wet) dough. Kneed for about seven minutes. Cover and let rest until doubled in size.
  2. Remove dough, punch down and stretch to form into the bun pan.
  3. Allow to rise until it comes just short of the top of the pan – an hour give or take.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven 350F for 20 minutes
